Adams Plus Flea & Tick Spot On for Cats is a long-lasting flea and tick treatment specifically formulated for cats. This five-in-one control treatment works to actively kill adult fleas, flea eggs, flea larvae, deer ticks and mosquitoes. Spot On breaks the flea life cycle by killing flea eggs before they hatch and flea larvae. It starts working on contact and helps prevent new flea infestations for up to one month. Precautions

Pet may experience some temporary irritation at the site of application. If signs persist or become severe within a few days of application, consult your veterinarian immediately. Observe your pet following treatment. Sensitivities may occur after using ANY pesticide product on pets. Please read entire manufacturer’s insert prior to using product. Approved for use in breeding, pregnant, or nursing animals. Consult with veterinarian before using on sick, medicated or aged animals.

Adams Plus Flea & Tick Spot On for Cats works by application directly to the cat’s/kitten’s skin, not to the hair.

Note: Each package contains sufficient tubes for 3 applications. Application assumes one tube per cat per application.

Application Method:

Open: Bend at perforation and tear off 1st month’s applicator. Hold applicator upright and snap tip back, away from face and body.
Apply: The cat/kitten should be standing for easy application. Use tip of tube prior to application of the product, to gently lift the cat’s or kitten’s hair coat on the back of the neck at the base of the skull, position the tip of the tube on the cat’s exposed skin and squeeze out the entire contents of the tube onto the cat’s skin. Although the cat’s/kitten’s skin and hair oils will distribute the application over the entire cat/kitten, brushing the cat/kitten 12-24 hours after treatment will help to distribute the material over the skin.
Dispose: To dispose of empty tube, drop empty tube into trash or offer for recycling if available.
Retreat: Reapply product after 30 days.

This product is most effective when used as part of a total flea and tick management program. Use other Adams Plus products registered for residential area control of these pests in conjunction with this treatment. Monthly treatments are required for optimal control and prevention of fleas.
